How do I know if a pair of shoes is profitable?

There are many things to consider before purchasing shoes or lowkey flips:

  • Are they profitable?

  • What's the returns policy?

And with these drops you will often find you have to be extremely fast to stand a chance. I will break down the best ways to ensure you can answer the 3 points above whilst standing a chance at securing the purchase.

Are they profitable?

There are 2 main ways I will check this and it doesn't take very long at all:

eBay Sales

If you search the desired item into eBay, scroll down and tick "Sold items" this will then show you the most recent sale prices of this item!

StockX Sales

StockX is also a very good guideline, it will show recent sales/ last sale and as detailed in the video above how to workout the total return after all fees considered.

Returns Policies

Most sites will offer a 30day returns period, also providing free returns; literally meaning there is a 0 risk but 100% reward. I have detailed the returns policy for the common companies below:

  • Adidas -60days Free Returns

  • Asos - 28days Free Returns

  • Disney - 30days Free Returns

  • Footasylum - 14days Free Returns

  • Footlocker - 28days Free Returns

  • JD Sports - 28days Free Returns

  • Nike - 60days Free Returns

  • Office - 28days £2.50 Returns

  • Off-Spring - 28days £2.50 Returns

  • Palace - 14days Have to pay for Returns

  • Size - 28days Free Returns
